I've recently had a tarmac drive laid with block pavers around the edge. I'm happy with the job and it looks well, but my question is should the blocks be filled with kiln dried sand just as a fully blocked drive would be? The contractor hasn't done this, and I just wondered?
hard to say without seeing it but you could do it yourself
if the edges of the blcks are not haunched just run a clear silicon bead up the edge and sweep KDS in
