Not strictly a paving question but I know there are a lot of knowledgeable guys on here.
I am considering buying a house in the south-east (Surrey) and would need to do an extension to suit my needs. Please could anyone give a rough estimate of how much I would need to budget for the below plans? It would be a basic specification with no landscaping, floors laid etc.
The extension would be a double storey side extension (52sqm downstairs and 52sqm upstairs) and a single storey extension at the back (26sqm).
I would really appreciate anyone's help with a rough estimate.
around £180-200 k +vat depending on a multitude of variables
could be as low as 150K +VAT could be 250K if its a high spec finish
this approximation is from budget costings of jobs we have completed in the last 2 years
