Hi all just wondering if any of you can confirm or deny whether it is possible to change the obligatory bt manhole cover for a smaller insert cover, as a customer has one in the service strip at the end of their land and want to block over it all. I dont think you can as i know bt have strict rules over how their stuff is installed but wanted to make sure.

At the moment it is surrounded by grass and they want to widen their drive which will make it visible.

Thanks

Chances are it will probably never need to be opened, but if it does it could get tricky. Your client must make the decision.
