Soft concrete - Concrete a bit soft on top?

still looks very much like plastic cracking to me

we did an oversite in july which suffered similar cracking but i spotted it and got the hosepipe on it on mist before it got too bad
for a finished floor its not good

btw if you dont like cracks dont hold your breath for those thermalite blocks,someone sneezes in a rainforest and they crack
