Hi,

I have recently had a stone effect wall built. The facing side is built out of concrete blocks that look like stone (a light sandy colour). It is a retaining wall, the inner wall is built out of solid concrete blocks.
There is a land drain behind the wall and drainage holes in the wall too. Recently it has been raining a lot and I noticed that some of the facing stone effect blocks are showing streaks of grey, almost like the concrete is showing through. Some are more noticeble than others.

Is this normal?

James

Sorry, but I can't comment on what I can't see.
