Working at a facility where H&S etc is over-riding priority so it has been a challenge. Anyway, every single container has to be marked with what it contains - fair enough. Diesel in UN fuel cans, marked appropriately etc etc and water in 25L plastic drums. I had ever so efficiently labelled up three drums early on Monday morning, all was good.
This site has a "Challenge" policy by staff if they see something that is not quite right (which, btw, worked well) - which was good - but on the last day I was approached by a worker asking about what was actually in this one drum, clearly labelled "Water".
What I hadn't realised is that I has left the red "Flammable" diamond sticker and the original product lablel on the reverse side......oh I could have crawled into the lorry and hibernated for a month, jeez it was embarrassing!
Faux pas of the day - Made any cock-ups?
